Duplicate in Bot Builder Canvas
Users can easily copy/paste nodes, content & logic across the Bot Builder Canvas using right-click within our declarative drag & drop interface.
SMS/MMS Reactions Understood
We have updated our bot software to exclude reactions to SMS & MMS text messages from bot responses (i.e. Loved, Liked, Disliked & Emojis). Reactions being added or removed will appear in our Transcript Protection chats tool, but will NOT trigger a bot response or be recorded as an Uncomprehended Utterance in Analytics.
Bot Version History Logged in Back-End
Bot deployments & unemployment's are now recorded & stored within KBot Lightning! This is the first exciting step toward versioning within the platform. If you need to restore a previous version of the bot you’re in, please contact request@klaunch.io.
Master to Parent Naming Convention

Salesforce Integration
To better align with Salesforce's Lead naming conventions across B2C and B2B instances, the "Company Name" field within our integration is now optional. If not specified in the KBot flow when "Company Name" is required, no data will be passed to Salesforce for that field.
