Recurring Scheduling & Dynamic Lists
We’ve expanded SMS/MMS and WhatsApp scheduling to include specific monthly dates, weekdays only, every-other-week, and custom intervals. Plus, Dynamic Campaign Lists now auto-refresh at send time—adding new subscribers and excluding unsubscribes automatically.
What to say:

Document Upload for GenAI Chatbots
Users can now train their GenAI assistants by uploading PDFs, Word docs, PowerPoints, or text files. The bot reads each document instantly—no manual copy-paste required—and stores a versioned preview.

Preview Bot Flows Without Deployment
All users can now simulate both flow-based paths and GenAI responses in a Preview mode—without going live or consuming message credits. This is an update to push to starter & explore plan users.
